SHIPPING
We ship internationally. All shipping cost and return shipping charges are paid by the custumer and no refunds will be made on any shipping cost or portions of any order as it’s related to any shipping fees or shipping costs. A tracking number is assigned to all items shipped for tracking.We ship Thru major shipping companys or what ever shipping company upon requested by our client.

WARRANTY
Kuawai gives a 1 year limited warranty on all refurbished slot machines and 90 Days on Monitors and LCD. Warranty is not transferable if machine is sold or given to other person. Light bulbs aren’t covered under warranty.
REFUNDS
Refunds and exchanges must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase, and are subject to all of our return/ refund provision and penalties.
To initiate a return or exchange you must contact us before sending anything prior of getting our specific return instructions.
New product sales may be returned for an equal exchange of another item or parts and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
